We feel very blessed that my CTMH business sent us to Spain, Italy, and France. What a generous company to pay for both of us to go on such a lovely trip - and stay in a balcony stateroom. I will never take one moment of that experience for granted. When I was a very little girl, there was a painting on the bedroom wall of a beautiful, high fashion girl. I always thought it would be nice to be that girl and go to Italy someday. I don't know why I thought of Italy. I was so little! Maybe I heard it on TV (on the three channels we got!) or maybe it's where I knew spaghetti and pizza came from - LOL! At any rate, it never stopped being my dream. I tried to learn Italian as a young adult after I met some REAL Italians (isn't that funny?) when I lived in Duluth. So I feel like God answered a precious dream through the hands of Close To My Heart and my dear customers.
While I know that it's hard to explain why I just don't fight harder with my health issues (truly I am fighting as hard as I can) and go on with Close To My Heart, it is what it is. I will always have the fabulous memories of the CTMH people I love, and we will always have Italy.
