Thank You

I saw a sketch at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge, and I loved it!
It is wide open for interpretation, and I like sketches like that.

Babycakes is a paper full of surprises.  If you look at it in the Idea Book, you may not give it a second look if you aren't doing anything involving babies.  Today, I made a thank you card, and I think the paper worked out really well!  I cut the accordion fold flowers on the Artiste cartridge, and I embellished those flowers with some discontinued Sunset buttons, and some Slate trinket pins.  The sentiments are from Scrapbook Statments and For a Friend.

Thanks so much for stopping by to visit today!  I hope you are having a fabulous week so far!

Hooray! Card #2 in September Card Kit

I gotta tell you...I am LOVIN' this Babycakes paper!  The chocolate and buttercup colors together are so cheerful!  Here's the second card for my September card kit.

I've used three stamp sets with this card, too, so you are getting a really good assortment of stamps in this kit.  When you purchase one of my card kits, they come to pre-stamped, pre-cut, and packaged in envelopes with instructions.  This month's kit comes with a full package of brown and tan sparkles, so the cost is $9.00 shipped to you after September 1st.  I have put a payment button on my right sidebar, so please feel free to order from there!

Thank you for stopping in!

U R Sweet

And you are!!  I am so grateful that you stop in and visit my blog!!

This is new product that will be available on August 1st.  (And I can't wait for you to get this new product in your hot little hands!)  This is Babycakes paper, and one of the stamp sets from the Artbooking collection.  At first glance in the book, Babycakes looks all baby.  But as you can see, it makes quite an elegant card!

I am at a retreat this weekend working on all the new Fall/Winter product.  I am getting ready for my Open House on August 2nd and 3rd!  Watch for details this weekend about how you can be eligible hostess rewards even if you can't be here physically.   Back to scrapbooking...I've got a lot to get ready for you!

Welcome Baby

There is something about making a baby card that is just so sweet and fun.  I don't have a lot of reason to make them right now, but I absolutely love a good baby stamp with matching paper.  I grabbed a sketch over at Sweet Sunday and got to work this morning.

This is Babycakes paper and the stamp set is called B is for Baby.  Both of these will be available on August 1st in the Fall/Winter Idea Book.  This is such a gender neutral paper, and I absolutely wish I had packets and packets of it when I completed Shane's first year book.  I love the mixture of neutrals (Slate and Chocolate) with Buttercup and Sunset.  This is lovely paper, and if you have scrapping to do, baby gifts to make, or mini albums to create, you'll want to remember this paper!

Thanks for stopping by today!!
