It's my third post as a torch bearer for Amber Inklings!  It's a birthday theme this week, and I couldn't help but to make another flower.  (You know how I love to make flowers!!)

I used Shot Through the Heart iPaper to make the flower and the scalloped edge.  The sentiment is also Amber Ink.  If you look closely, there are also tiny little pearls amongst the scallop.  Lots of layering on this card!
