All rightie, in my previous post I showed you a sketch for the Hippity Hop Blog Hop sponsored by five different blogs. I managed to fit in the layout today, so I wanted to show it to you. As you hop, there are different elements you pick up to complete your layout. You will see them in my layout - the sketch, 3 of something (mine are brads), ink (or paint or mist), lace, and texture/embossing. Here's what I came up with:
When I took these pictures out, my only "uh-oh moment" was the lace. I didn't know how on earth I would fit that in when the pictures are of a bonfire. But I managed to fit some lace under the title. I ran my letters through my cuttlebug with a Tim Holtz alternations folder for texture/embossing. My ink is the gold paint dabber I used on the edge of my journaling box, flags, and on the letters. My three brads are my three of something!
Items used: Lily Bee Catching Fall paper and stickers; CTMH barn red and colonial white textured cardstock; Tim Holtz Alterations embossing folder. CTMH waxy flax and brads; Random lace
