Cut it Up Challenge #1

You've been waiting for the first challenge from Cut it Up, and now it's time to reveal it!  Our first challenge is ANYTHING GOES.  How easy is that to play along with? So I am going to be looking for a lot of your projects over at Cut it Up!  Here's what I created for you using the Cricut Artiste cartridge and Flirty paper:

Flirty has a couple of exclusive colors in the package - Flirty Raspberry and Flirty Yellow.  They are unique to that paper packet, and I truly didn't know what I would think of that.  But guess what?  I. Love. It.  What a fun way to mix things up!!

Let's see, I should tell you everything that I cut with the cartridge - magazine file (perfectly holds standard cards!), flowers, leaves, card"bases, envelopes, and "thanks."  Awesome right?!  You can do so much in so little time with this cartridge, and this would make a lovely gift for someone's desk.  I added one of the wooden shaped birds, a little bling, and a little piece of ribbon.  That's it - otherwise my Cricut did all the work for me!

This challenge will end on Wednesday, September 19th at Noon EST.  There's a lovely prize up for grabs, so be sure to play along!

I am going to enter this project into a few challenges:
