Holiday Sparkle Christmas Card Workshop

I am so excited to announce a Christmas Card Workshop for October!

Holiday Sparkle creates 12 sparkly shaker cards (5" x 7"), and the kit is the special for October.  I created a little more sparkle by adding white and silver snowflakes.  The snowflakes are not included in the kit, but I am including them as an extra sparkly embellishment when you purchase your card kit from me or come to my class!!

OPTION #1:  These cards are so easy and so beautiful, and I can't wait for you to make them!  The card bases are pre-printed for your ease, sequins, shaker windows, instructions are included.  They even includes envelope stickers!   The card kit alone with the glittery snowflakes is $35.  

OPTION #2:  The optional stamp set has perfect sentiments for the inside of your cards.  I love this set, and I know it will be a keeper to use in years to come.  If you choose to order the stamp set with the card kit, there is a 20% discount!  The cost is $45.

Hello Pumpkin Halloween Workshop - In-Home Class or Kit

Hello Pumpkin is such adorable paper, and I so love these pages!  I like it because it's not scary paper, but rather it's cute.  Our son was never one for the scary side of Halloween, so I will be taking out some of his little boy photos to put on this set of scrapbook layouts.

More Magical Paper Pack and Bundle, Part 2

In my previous post, I shared a video of the More Magical paper and bundle. This is one of our specials through September 30th (or while supplies last).

I had never gone to Disney until I was a Close To My Heart Consultant.  You may be surprised to hear that I didn't even know what the fuss was about.  My first visit was to Disney World for Convention.  Oh MY!  It didn't take long to figure it all out.  So I will be using these layouts to scrapbook those memories and tell the story of what it felt like to experience everything there.

I made these layouts according to the workshop directions, but I'll tell what I added on each one.

Layout #1

I had purchase some die-cuts from Cricut and Miss Kate Cuttables to send cards to my downline that were attending Disney convention with me.  You will see those cuts on the first three layouts.  But I really love the grey diamonds and sentiment.  They are from the stamp set that comes with the More Magical bundle.

Layout #2

Don't you love those banners on this layout?  The mixture of papers is really eye-catching on this layout.  I can't wait to fill those photo spots!

Layout #3

Those delicate heart borders (retired Thin Cut) make me swoon along with the grey diamonds and sentiments!

Layout #4

What a fun starry layout!!  I used a Cricut Cut from Artbooking for the white stars and our Stars Thin Cuts for the red stars.  Do you see that grey castle on the right page - such a FUN stamp!!

I will share a shopping list on the 1st of each month of items I will use throughout the month, and you can pick and choose what you'd like to order.

I will be mailing you a packet of sketches and any Cricut cuts you need.  Everything will also be shared on the Facebook group for this club.  Here's a peek at just one of the many things we will be learning in September!

Hi There

I have been in a stamping mood the past few days, so I've been playing with our stamps.

The background of this card is a square stamp that is part of the Documented Scrapbooking stamp set.  It was pretty easy to stamp the square with Bashful, and I like that it's not perfect.  I used some of our Thin Cuts - the Scalloped Border, Hi There, Circles, and Stitched Circles.  They are so easy and look so nice on a card.  Finally, I finished it off with a strip of White Glitter Paper, white ribbon, and Documented Dots.

No matter how busy you are, take some time to play.  It's really important that we create.
