Swirly Seashells

I love this stamp set, and I was so happy when Close To My Heart made a set of Thin Cuts to match!

Let's start with the background:

I used my watercolor pencils to create the background.  This is really easy to do by lightly coloring the paper.  I started with the Desert Sand pencil at the bottom.  I followed with the Ocean pencil, and then I used Crystal Blue for the sky.  I simply used my medium flat waterbrush to create a wash over the watercoloring.  Let the paper dry or use your heat gun to dry.

Shells:

I used three different watercolor pencils to color the shells - Citrus Leaf, Desert Sand, and Crystal Blue.  Instead of using a waterbrush to blend, I used the Gold Shimmer Brush.

The sentiments are from the Nature's Wish stamp set, and I used some gold glitter gems and jute ribbon to finish off the card.

March Stamp of the Month

What a cute girlfriend and Mother's Day stamp for this month's Stamp of the Month.  It's called Tea-Rrific, and it's filled with possibility!

Every month I send the Top Sellers and Team Builders on my team a stamp of the month reward, and this year I am creating 6 x 8 layouts for them.  This is the Tea-Rrific layout that I mailed them.

I used the Artbooking cartridge to make the background and banner piece.  I colored the teacups with tender pink, cerulean blue, and golden yellow markers.  Then I thought it would be fun to cover them with Liquid Glass!

Last Day of the Month

How quickly February flew by!  I thought I should remind you of the specials before it's too late!

Adventure Fundamentals Workshop Layout #4 and All the Details!

I thought these colors were perfect for a birthday!

Adventure Fundamentals Workshop Layout #1

I am thrilled to be bringing you the Adventure Fundamentals Workshop!  Over the next four days, I will be sharing the each one of the layouts so that you can get a good look at them.  Each set of pages will have a different color palette, but one thing in common is that they will all be bright and bold!

The colors used here are Cranberry, Pacifica, and Lemon.  I've used these pages for baseball, but you could used them for the beach, 4th of July - almost anything summer!!

Dreamin' Big Workshop Kit

It has been so unseasonably warm here in Minnesota that it was pure joy to create the Dreamin' Big Workshop Kit for March.  (Yes, March is next week!!  Can you believe it?)
